Weekly creativity assignments:week 1

So I have decided to start challenging my self with weekly assignments....(I'm saying it's for creativity at this point but it may morf into over all development ex: clean desk everyday).

Now I intend for these to come on a rolling basis so what I start week 1 is still happening week 2. None of these things are gonna have crazy time commitment either 5 to 10 min a day max!

So what am I doing for my inaugural week? Self portraits ( so narcissistic !) why? Because I'm gorgeous ! ;p well more because I'm terrible at keeping a diary as I'm bad at spelling (myself and written English have been fighting for years) spell check!

Using fabric left over from an old job I had I started playing around and made this strange skirt/bustle thing. The scraps I have had a channel like pocket along one side so I was able to make it runch.
Not sure how to finish it up or really what to do with it.
Also working on a sun dress made out of a stretch jersey I picked up at Sew Lo a few weeks ago. (I know it's half hiding under my hello kitty hoodie but I had to protect it from the cat.
